Mo Thinking – rent my mind
when you’re stuck in a serious mess.

Instead of losing weeks to panic and overthinking, you rent my brain + the Mo Thinking Engine – a system built from real high-stakes files – to turn your chaos into a clear plan: evidence → logic → decision → action → learning so you don’t walk into the same trap again.

High-stakes files: HR, courts, money, family Evidence → Logic → Conclusion before any email is sent Concrete outputs: ready-to-send messages + action plan + learning card
Money promise: if, after honest use, you feel the work didn’t clearly improve your position, tell me directly – we rework it or I don’t take the money.
I work with people who want real solutions and can handle the full truth. I won’t help with illegal, abusive or dirty strategies – there are non-negotiable safety filters.
Why Mo?

Strategic brain + conscience + execution

I’m not a “content writer” and not a “life coach”. The work is: understand the real system of your life or business, design a fair, realistic solution, and produce the actual messages and plans you can use – so this crisis becomes a turning point, not just another story.

Decision engineering

Evidence → Logic → Conclusion

Before we touch any email or WhatsApp message, we separate facts from emotion and organise the whole file.
  • We map people, timelines, risks, and power – not just “how you feel”.
  • You see clear A/B/C options with consequences and trade-offs.
  • Every move is there for a reason you can explain to yourself and others.
Real words & documents

Not theory – concrete outputs

You don’t leave with “insights”. You leave with documents and runbooks that you can actually send or use.
  • Emails, letters and scripts written or edited with you, line by line.
  • Action plans: who does what, when, and what “success” really looks like.
  • A short learning card so your future self doesn’t repeat today’s mistake.
Conscience & fairness

I stand with you – but not with your worst impulses

The goal is justice and protection, not revenge or drama. Sometimes that means telling you “no” when you’re about to hit “send”.
  • I won’t support illegal, abusive or self-destructive moves.
  • We respect your lawyer, therapist, or HR advisor – I work around them, not against them.
  • The filter is simple: can you explain this decision to a judge, a child, and your future self?
Who is this for?

People who feel alone with a heavy file

I don’t work with “in theory” problems. I work with real files: screenshots, HR emails, legal letters, school complaints, debt letters, messy partner chats. If you recognise yourself below, we’re likely a match.

Profile #1

Employees and “regular people” facing bigger systems

You feel outnumbered or out-powered – but you don’t want to play the victim forever.

  • HR investigations, unfair dismissal, bullying or discrimination cases.
  • Divorce, custody, landlord, bank, or school situations that are already emotional and messy.
  • Someone keeps sending emails or messages that make you panic, and you don’t know what to reply.

Outcome: you get clear words, clear boundaries, and a realistic path that protects both your rights and your dignity.

Profile #2

Founders, managers and operators under pressure

You are responsible for others. The wrong decision costs people, money, and years – not just your mood.

  • Conflicts with co-founders, investors, key team members, or critical clients.
  • Projects stuck in limbo – too risky to continue blindly, too important to ignore.
  • A calendar so full that you simply don’t have the mental space to think through complex trade-offs.

Outcome: your own decision system in the background – like a Strategy + HR unit focused only on your side of the table.

How it works

From heavy file to clean, executable plan

The shape changes with each case, but the backbone stays the same: organise → understand → decide → execute → learn.

1
Intake & safety check
I review your file (emails, screenshots, letters) and ask sharp questions to see if I can genuinely help. If I don’t think we can improve your position, I tell you and we stop there.
2
File organisation & map
We map people, timelines, interests and power. We separate facts, claims, feelings, and unknowns. You see your situation as a clear diagram, not a fog.
3
Strategy & decisions
We design realistic targets, safety rules, and A/B/C options with consequences. Then we choose the main path and a backup path – no more random reactions.
4
Execution & learning
I help write / edit the actual messages and prepare you for critical conversations. We close with a short learning card so your future self knows exactly what to avoid and what worked.
Service #1

Website & online presence – built for real humans

Simple, clean websites for people and small businesses who want an honest, human online presence – plus full management and honest audits of what you already have.

  • Design or refresh a simple website focused on your real customer and business (no noise, clear offer, clear next step).
  • Take care of the boring parts: domain, hosting, basic technical setup, content tweaks, basic security and uptime checks.
  • Audit your current website: what confuses people, what kills trust, and what search engines probably don’t like.
  • Refresh your online presence so real humans – and search engines – understand what you really do.

Typical small websites for local shops and small companies usually range between £200–£500, depending on the number of pages and what you need.

Service #2

White-Label Partnership (for partners)

Run Mo Thinking in the background while you offer the service under your own brand and identity.

  • Back-end analysis and decision design fully handled by Mo Thinking.
  • Ready-to-send deliverables branded for you, not for Mo.
  • Flexible models: revenue share, fixed wholesale price, or monthly retainer.
  • Start safely with a paid pilot before scaling.

Ideal for consultants and companies who want a powerful thinking engine without building one from scratch.

A fully personalised 1:1 decision-making session with me normally costs around £200 per session for an individual client. For white-label partners I offer a dedicated monthly retainer at around £1,000 per month for up to 10 sessions, which is effectively about half of my direct 1:1 rate. Each “session” includes roughly three hours of total work – around two hours of analysis and review in the background to understand the full picture, plus the live call and a written outcome tailored to your client’s exact situation.

Service #3

Social media & content – a real online image, not fake hype

We set up or clean your social media accounts and build a calm, honest online image that respects how your customer actually feels.

  • Create or rebuild your business profiles on the right platforms (not “everywhere for no reason”).
  • Plan and prepare professional content: posts, captions, simple visuals, and small scripts for short videos or lives.
  • Connect your content to real business goals: enquiries, bookings, repeat customers – not just “likes”.
  • Design a simple “tone of voice” so every post sounds like the same trustworthy person, not five different people.

Pricing depends on whether I’m creating and growing your pages from scratch or simply maintaining what already works. For small, honest businesses, focused work on 1–2 main platforms usually sits around £300–£600, with full setup and growth near the top of that range and simple maintenance closer to the lower end.

Service #4

Small business accounting & exit support – practical, not scary

Help for individuals and small businesses who feel lost with numbers, self-assessment, or closing / selling a business.

  • Help you prepare and organise the information for your self assessment, so your accountant or HMRC can actually read it.
  • Build simple spreadsheets and tracking habits so you finally know: what comes in, what goes out, and what is profit.
  • Support people who are leaving a business: organise stock, offers and sales so you don’t throw value in the bin.
  • Make your small business “readable” for a potential buyer: clear story, clean numbers, simple documents.

I’m a trained accountant with 10+ years running my own business finances. In this service I’m your thinking partner: we untangle your numbers and set up a simple system you can run yourself. Most one-off “numbers reset” projects sit around £300–£600, depending on how many accounts and decisions we clean up, so you understand your own numbers without an extra monthly bill.

Service #5

New business setup & operations – from idea to a working system

For people opening a new small business who want more than motivation – they want steps, documents and a working system.

  • Turn your idea into a simple plan: what you offer, to whom, at what prices, and what “good” looks like in the first 90 days.
  • Help with the practical steps: forms, basic registrations, and what to prepare before talking to an accountant or lawyer.
  • Review or design your core documents: job descriptions, basic work rules, simple contracts and house rules.
  • Design the “flow” of your place (shop, office, small factory): who does what, where things go, and how to avoid chaos.

I’ve started and run four successful small businesses in two countries, plus Mo Thinking. In this service I’m your setup brain – we go from idea to a working business with simple systems and procedures, and most projects sit around £500–£1,500 depending on how many pieces we need to organise.

Service #6

IT & customer psychology – tools + how people actually feel

Bridge between “IT people” and real customers: choose tools, set them up, and design offers that fit how your customer thinks.

  • Help you choose and set up basic IT: domains, hosting, email, simple CRMs, booking tools, and online payment options.
  • Translate your needs into clear tasks for developers or IT providers – and translate their language back to human.
  • Study your customer’s feelings and behaviour: what they fear, what they hope for, and what blocks them from buying.
  • Design pricing plans, offers, guarantees and review systems that respect the customer’s psychology and protect your brand.

For most small organisations, focused IT + customer-experience work on the tools you already use usually sits around £300–£900, depending on how many systems and customer journeys we redesign together.

Send your file for a first look

Use the form below to outline your situation. Don’t try to be perfect – just be honest. I’ll reply with either a suggested package or a clear “no” if I believe I can’t help.

Contact form

This is a simple static form. Connect it to your preferred tool (email, form handler, etc.).

How I usually reply

I read your message and – if needed – ask for 1–3 key documents (for example: last HR email, last court letter, last message from the other side). Then I answer with:

  • • whether I believe I can help;
  • • which package makes sense (if any);
  • • and the earliest time we can realistically start.

If I’m not the right person for your situation, I’ll say so directly instead of wasting your time.

Direct contact

You can also contact me directly if you prefer:

  • • Email: mo@elasrag.com
  • • Telegram / WhatsApp: by agreement after first email
Honest questions

What you should know before we work together

I prefer you say “no” for the right reasons than “yes” for the wrong ones. Here are straight answers to the basics.

It’s a hybrid: part coaching (questions, reflection), part consulting (analysis, structure), and part ghost-writing (emails, letters, documents). The filter is simple: does it move your file forward safely?
No. I don’t replace legal or psychological professionals. I sit in the space between: organising your story, designing strategy, and preparing your communication – while respecting legal and clinical boundaries.
Yes, I use tools like ChatGPT as assistants – mainly to test ideas, check wording, and stress-test scenarios. But you are working with a human brain and a human conscience. No important decision is left to a machine.
We can start with a diagnostic session and one message. If that’s enough, we stop there. If it reveals a deeper pattern, we can move into the case package – but there is no pressure to “upgrade”.
Most work can happen online. For the price, I keep a limited number of reduced-rate slots for people in genuinely hard situations. If you need that, be honest about your reality when you contact me.
Honesty, willingness to hear uncomfortable truths, and the courage to execute the plan we agree on. If you only want someone to confirm what you already decided, this is not the right service.
